A sonar has found the AirAsia wreckage under the Java Sea. The Malaysian flight has been missing for almost a week and it was an issue we hoped wouldn’t follow the path of Malaysian airways flight MH730

At this moment it is unaware if the wreckage found is broken up part or if it is a significant piece.

Forty (40) bodies have been recovered from the water so far, Indonesian search and rescue chief Bambang Soelistyo said Wednesday. One of the females found was wearing a flight attendant’s uniform, Soelistyo said.

Until we get the black boxes, we won’t know what’s going on with the engines,” said Bill Savage, a former pilot with 30 years of experience. – CNN
