In the grand old tradition of powerful people putting their foot in it, the CEO of Revlon, Lorenzo Delpani, is being sued for making some highly prejudicial statements. The former Chief Scientific Officer of the company, Alan Meyers, filed a lawsuit. He alleged Delpani’s prejudice was the basis for his dismissial. According to the court document, in 2013 Delpani called Americans “dirty” and “small-minded”, claimed Jews stuck together in packs and even said on a recent trip to South Africa he could smell black people.
